Table & Tine complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Table & Tine, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that is to be removed, with enough detail that we can locate it (recipe title, author name, URL or description)
- Your contact information: address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Response Time
We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content within 2 business days of receiving a valid DMCA notice.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with:
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the federal court where you reside
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
